This site is built to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

The header includes a text-size control (labeled "A A A") that cycles between 100%, 112.5%, and 125%, and a high-contrast toggle that switches to a higher-contrast surface set. Both controls persist for your session.

The U.S. Department of Justice's rule under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act sets WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the accessibility standard for state and local government websites. Public entities with a population under 50,000 must comply by April 26, 2028.
